The Cape Town Concert Series presents a season of concerts focused around it’s Steinway Grand Piano - which turns 65 this year and is considered one of the finest recital pianos in the country.
We explore the history of the piano with Baroque specialist Erik Dippenaar who presents Baroque Keys, featuring instruments that came before the piano, including harpsichord, chamber organ and spinet. Audiences will have the unique opportunity to explore these instruments on stage after the performance.
